About ORLT

The Oconee River Land Trust is a non-profit organization headquartered in Athens, Georgia, that partners with landowners to conserve natural forests and working lands along Georgia’s rivers, streams and wetlands. ORLT works with both private landowners and public entities to protect land. Since 1993, ORLT has worked with public and private landowners to protect 36,000 acres of land.

Saturday, June 29th: Forage and Feast
Forage and Feast is a multi-course foraging dinner and workshop led by botanist Marc Williams. Participants will be taken on a hike, educated on edible, medicinal, and poisonous plants along the way. Participants will then take foraged plants and create a multi-course meal from them.
